1.6 Cookies and Analytics Technologies: In our Production environment, we use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits and a small set of product journey actions such as account completion, image generation, checkout initiation, and artwork downloads. Your consent choice controls whether analytics cookies and identifiers may be stored or read. When consent is denied, these providers may still receive limited, cookieless consent-mode signals needed to apply and measure that choice. We do not send your prompts, images, artwork URLs, file names, email address, account IDs, or payment details as analytics event parameters.

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Providing Services: We use the collected information to provide our image generation and editing services, including processing your text and image inputs and generating or modifying the corresponding output images.

2.2 Improving Services: We use the collected information to improve our services and user experience, including but not limited to adjusting the user interface (UI) and fixing bugs.

2.3 Communication: We use your email address to communicate with you, such as sending service notifications, updates, and promotional information.

2.4 Payment Processing: Your payment information will be processed through our third-party payment service provider, Stripe. We do not directly store your payment information. Stripe will process your payment information in accordance with their privacy policy.

2.6 Content Moderation: We may review user-generated content to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service, particularly to prevent the creation of NSFW (Not Safe For Work), violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.

3.2 Security Measures: We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information, but please note that no security measures are completely secure. We do not guarantee that your information will be completely protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.

3.3 Data Retention: We retain your personal information until you choose to delete it yourself.

3.4 Third-Party Services: We use Clerk and Neon to store and process user data. When analytics consent is granted, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity process limited usage and interaction data with analytics storage enabled. When consent is denied, analytics storage remains disabled and the providers may receive limited, cookieless consent-mode signals. 4.1 Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with Clerk, Neon, Stripe, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity only as needed for the purposes described in this policy and according to your analytics consent choice where applicable.
